Kayla Sepulveda joined Sullivan & Comerford in 2018. Her practice focuses on real estate litigation, real estate transactions, land use, zoning, permitting and business litigation.

Kayla graduated from Bryant University in 2013 and earned her J.D. at Suffolk University Law School in 2017. Before joining Sullivan & Comerford, Kayla interned for the Massachusetts Department of Correction assisting in litigation in State and Federal Courts, acted as Student Prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office and interned for the Volunteer Lawyers Project which provides pro bono civil legal services to people from lower income households.

Since joining S&C, Kayla has represented many property owners before municipal boards and agencies. She has successfully opposed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction in a boundary dispute case and prevailed on a Motion for Summary Judgment in a land use matter. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Plymouth County Bar Association.

Kayla lives in Duxbury with her husband Luis and their dog Raider.
